We were having problems with water leaking into our basement. We decided to hire Jagg Enterprizes after we received a very reasonable quote from them compared to all of the estimates that we had received. The owner, George Cabral, was very courteous and helpful taking the time to walk us through the job. They let us know when there was a problem and how to fix it at a reasonable cost. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of work they did. It has been more than 6 months and our basement is completely dry.

I have called JAGG in the past to repair a leak at my previous home. They responded quickly, showed up on time and were there for the time allotted by their office. Excellent, courteous service. When I noticed a leak, I called the office and they had someone at my home within a couple of days. The problem was repaired and I was happy.

So, when I sold my home and bought another one, we noticed a leak in the basement (which was nicely covered by the previous owner). I called JAGG again and they came out to see what the problem was. They noticed a crack on the outside that could pose a problem and gave advice on what should be done. Unfortunatley, this time, the experience was a little more frustrating. Because they were swamped with outside work, inside work was not a priority. We had to wait more than a month and then a power failure in the neighbourhood delayed the job again. In the meantime, it rained heavily and water started to come into the basement. Of course, this happens over the holidays so there is no one available. JAGG did come out the first week in the new year and fixed the problem.

Their employees are pleasant, professional and courteous. They work quickly and clean up after themselves. I'm happy with the work done -- not happy about time delays and having to make the follow-up calls.

The work was faboulous. We had to call them again in case the leakage is still there at the place the work was done.
We needed to call them they came and fix the prpblem in no time.
They gave an honest estimate another time and work was done professionally. I would recommend the company to get the work done at the best satisfactory level as I like their idea of "gaurantee for 10 years". I feel once they know your basement they would make sure to keep it dry.

They did a very good job in my basement with affordable price with ten years warranty .
They showed up at 9:00 AM and fixed a crack on wall fondation in 3 hours ,We are very happy of their service ,they are pro and they know every thing about their job.

Our basement was already finished for the first repair which was repaired from the outside. No more leaks and has now been at least 10 years. The second repair was done from the inside as it was in an area that was not a finished wall. So far 2 years and no leaks.

old tiles had to be removed, basement walls wareproofed and new drainage installed . Involved trenching along two sides of the house down topad on which foundation is laid.
Our initial call resulted in an immediate visit to assess the problem and prepare a quote.George spent time making sure we understood not only the problem but the solution to rectifying it.

The prepared quote was very professional detailing all costs.
The team of tradespeople assigned to our project were highly skilled .being very careful to protect the surrounding area. At the conclusion of the job all the earth had been returned. graded and levelled and the site looked almost undisturbed except for the plantings that had to be removed.

Met them at the home show last winter and saw they were using the waterproofing techniques I needed. Booked them for an estimate for the first day the snow was gone and they showed up as promised.

I did get two estimates which were priced comparable but went with Jagg because he provided more detail in his written estimate. I was clearer as to what he was going to do.

With the wet summer their work schedule fell behind but they called to confirm they were coming and showed up the day promised.

Every day thereafter they showed up on time. They were very careful to avoid making a mess. They had very little room to work & had to use my neighbours' yard but once they cleaned up you would never know they had done so.

They even fixed my fence gate and sliding door to my sun room so they were better than when they arrived.

Ask for the free basket of tomatoes. They were the best we ate all summer!
