We hired Jagg after another waterproofing company botched our job and would not honor their warrantee. Jagg was extremely professional and did an exceptional job. We would recommend them to everyone!!

I had a re-ocurring leak in my basement because I do not have the proper water run off system in my house. Jagg repeatedly came back on Warranty of the previous owner's initial repair to try to help me without putting in a new 'weeping tile' system $$$ Everyone I dealt with was very professional and they went beyond what was expected to fulfill their warranty at no xtra cost to me! The basement leak is now fixed.

We had JAGG come to our home twice. The first was paid for by the builder before our warranty expired...and of course after more years of settling we found a few more cracks that needed to be addressed before any serious leaking happened. We gladly called JAGG back because we knew they worked so well the first time. We are very happy to have lucked into such great service that deals with leaky basements with a progressive approach. :) :) :)

I had a leak that wrecked so many valuables in my basement and when they came they fixed the leak and cleaned up beautifully and then they helped put boxes back in the corner where the leak was. their service was excellent and i would recomend their services to anyone that asks.

I had some major water leaks in the foundation that was outside a finished family room. Jagg responded promptly and provided me with a detailed explanation of what they would do and a written estimate. The cost was lower than another quote. They came to do the job and completed it on schedule. They protedted the landscaping with sheets of plywood and done a very professional job in waterproofing the exterior wall. They backfilled the excavation and cleaned up the job site. They were great to work with and the job was done beyond my expectations. I found it hard to believe that there is a company that would do exactly what they said at the price that was quoted.

So impressed was I after the first crack repair, that I hired them to fix a second one that I noticed later. I have had no further problems with the cracks! These are fine people doing exceptional work.

These guys were really good. i was extremely impressed with their service. the guy that fixed the basement leak for me was extremely proffesional. He was so clean i wouldnt have known that there was a repair done had i not been down there watching him. He talked me through the whole process while he worked and he packed away everything neatly when finished. I know that by choosing JAGG enterprizes i put my money in a good place. If i had chosen to go with some of the other companies i had gotten estimates from, i would most likely be running to jagg to fix the mess.

what can i say?? they are amazing. these guys saved my life. i wouldnt have sold my house if it werent for them. I needed them now, and they came now. i begged and pleaded and they managed to fit me in. when i moved into my new house they also repaired some leaks for me. they truly are the best. i wouldnt go anywhere else, because jagg gets the work done, at an affordable cost.

JAGG quoted my basement leak for an amazing price. i had other people come in and give me a price, and it was just way too high, with alot of head aches. Jagg did it right the first time, and since then they have done work for other members of my family, and i have recommended them to many friends. they truly are wonderful people to allow into your home. They clean up so well, and the best part is that my basement is now dry.
