Had contacted Mike for assistance with a small project request since he had the right equipment to help us. Once he understood the scope of work, he offered a far more cost-effective solution to assist us. Given our tight budget, this was great news - and we really appreciate him suggesting an alternative that made him considerably less money. Very refreshing.
