windows

We decided to change all the windows at our cottage and chose Inline Fiberglass windows. I installed these windows myself and was impressed with the quality and precision of the construction. Delivery was exactly on time and they all came wrapped in cardboard. As a Real Estate Professional , my word is my livelyhood, I have recommended Inline window to all of my friends and clients and all of them have had the same results! If anyone would like to email me I can be reached at gpartchenko@trebnet.com

Reasonable windows, horrific customer service

The product is reasonable quality and affordable, but the company fails after delivery.

Poor follow-up on nicks/scratches resulting from installation, bad seals on some doors, terrible communication, and continued promises of 'it's almost there' means that if you buy windows/doors from Inline you'll need another company to come in and take care of the products afterwards. I've been waiting months for parts replacement and still just empty promises.

Go elsewhere for your windows and doors, even if the price looks good initially.

Windows and Patio Door

I am pleased with the product and service we received from Inline. The price was competitive, and the delivery and installation were on time. Dmitry walked us through the process prior to the sale, and as promised, Mike and his team followed-up with a very nice finished product.
Now I have the nicest windows in the neighbourhood!

Purchase Windows and sliding doors

Great experience! Purchased sliding door and windows for both my cottage and home. Quality was fantastic. Delivery was on time. Bernard & Tom answered both returned calls promptly and took all the time to answer my questions...................and from a cost standpoint windows were at par with other vinyl windows quoted.....but with way better energy efficiency and longevity! ALL and all easy to deal with and service with a smile! Cheers - ev

Windows for entire house

I wanted high quality windows for my house that would last, provide comfort as well as equity. After researching many suppliers and materials I opted for Inline Firbeglass windows with aluminum clad exterior brick mould and natural wood jamb extensions. The windows were exactly to specs, extremely well finsihed and offer superior operation to both the pvc and wood windows I previously had. No doubt it will add excellent value to my property. I would highly recomend Inline Windows for any residential property.

New operators and latches on existing Inline windows.

My fifteen year old Inline Windows needed new latches and operators. The windows looked brand new still, a benefit of fiberglass.
Even though my job was small, Inline gave prompt, professional service. The installer was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitiate to use Inline again and would recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you......Lisa

replaced all house windows and a patio door

After extensive research we decided we wanted fiberglass windows for our house so recently we chose Inline Fiberglass to replace 12 windows and a patio door. At the end we are quite happy with the service received and the quality of the products.

We had a lot of requirements and wanted some specific colors and some split color on our windows. The company did exactly as promised, the windows were ready on time and were done as per our instructions. All the interaction with them was very smooth and, to top it off, everything was done at a very reasonable cost.

The manufacturer recommended installers (Mike, Tony and Larry) were a pleasure to work with: on time, nice and polite, very skilled and they kept the area that they were working on very clean.

After this experience we would definitely recommend their product and their installers to any of our friends!

What could this company do to improve their services?
Request their glass supplier to use easy removable labels on the glazing. The adhesive they use on these labels makes them very difficult to be removed from the window panes.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If thinking about buying fiberglass windows it would be a good idea to get to get the newest NRC statistics and compare the energy ratings (oee.nrcan.gc.ca), read customer reviews, check performance, etc. (consumerreports.org, bbb.com windowwise.com).

Windows and patio doors for home

When we decided to replace our old windows, my wife and I had completely different priorities. After meeting with several manufacturers we opted for fiberglass windows from Inline. The sales staff was outstanding, based their pitch on facts and was able to accommodate anything we threw at them. They are flexible and friendly and windows really do make a noticeable difference when it comes to air and sound proofing your house. We can no longer feel any drafts coming through and the street noise disappeared! Also, if you are using thermostat for heating & A/C you will be surprised how much more control over your temps you will get after putting these windows in, it really shows. Bottom line, we couldn't be happier.

Good quality product, but horrible customer service run by Phil Warnell

I had 13 windows and one patio door installed. The product quality is very good, but the installation is terrible. I have one window that leaks water, a window that is not centered in the opening, a window with ugly over lapping metal casing, a window that is not plumbed, crooked metal casing again, damaged fiberglass that they tried t cover up with caulking. Trying to get post sales service is frustrating like hell. The sales person Dimitri claims not to receive my email because of server problem. Mike the installer does not call back, keeps telling me the same line "I will call you next week". I escalated the issues to Phil Warnell the sales/installation manager. It is most frustrating talking to him, he likes to hear the sound of his own voice and babbles non-stop about things that have no logic and relevance. He is a very preemptively defensive man, keeps telling me this horribly long stories about how good his installers are. He does not even attempt to hear my concerns, in fact he would not let me speak, keeps trying to talk over me. I had to scream over his non-stop babble to get his attention. Phil promised to send out the technician, I have been waiting for over 4 months to get someone onsite.

Phil, I took your advice and will post my real name here, so this way you know to contact me back to resolve my concerns. Just schedule the technician for real. This is also to prove you wrong that real people do post their frustrations online and are not anonymous. In fact I will be posting it on my personal blog as well http://www.wiivil.com.
