AAirtech was the original installer of my entire HVAC system in my newly renovated home. After installation, I had hired AAirtech to an annual maintenance contract to do spring/fall start-up/maintenance on my HVAC unit. This spring, they contacted me to arrange a time, and as my schedule is busy they were unable to find a time before 8am or after 6pm on any day of the week to perform the annual startup. While waiting for them to find a time, my AC died. Of course, during a heat wave. I contacted AAirtech and they were remarkably unhelpful considering I had a current maintenance contract. I asked for an on-call visit to fix the AC and they said it would be 3-4 days until they could come. I suggested that this was unacceptable as they had not bothered to perform the annual maintenance I was contracted to receive nearly a month previously (which likely led to the HVAC failure). I spoke with a number of people and eventually was told by the 'business owner' that they didn't want my business and they would be refunding my maintenance contract fee. Do not expect decent customer service from this company. Do not expect that they will honor their contracts. If you request they do honor the contract, they will cancel the contract if it is inconvienient for them. They don't mind if you pay them if they don't have to do any work, but the moment you require urgent service, they will make themselves scarce. Avoid. This. Company.

Company Response

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet your expectations.
We tried 12 times to make an appointment to service your air conditioner, but unfortunately none of the dates were convenient for you. When your air conditioner broke down we were in the middle of a heat wave and were inundated with service calls.
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of your money was refunded.

The product is reasonable quality and affordable, but the company fails after delivery. Poor follow-up on nicks/scratches resulting from installation, bad seals on some doors, terrible communication, and continued promises of 'it's almost there' means that if you buy windows/doors from Inline you'll need another company to come in and take care of the products afterwards. I've been waiting months for parts replacement and still just empty promises. Go elsewhere for your windows and doors, even if the price looks good initially.
