I really cant say enough good things about this company. This was a 6-month renovation and it was right on schedule, start to finish. Imeneo workers were wonderful to work with. They explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they really worked hard to finish the project in an awesome way ,thanks !!

Imeneo was referred to us by an engineer we hired after problems with our 1st contractor. There are not many contractors who would come in to fix someone else's mess.

Imeneo was a blessing. Not only did they re-do all the original underpinning to perfection, but suggested (inspired) a number of changes to the original design that made the project more cost effective, and much better in the end.

Well run organization, Knowledgeable pleasant and reliable. Pleasure to deal with. Creative and capable of very large projects. They met objectives and contract terms on time and on budget. Frank and Sheyda have been in business a long time and you can tell by the way they work together.

We had a great experience with Imeneo. We just finished a full renovation/addition and lowering of our basement and what a fabulous job the entire crew did.
They covered A to Z. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They even cleaned up and helped us move in. Tasteful and innovative design, immaculate workmanship. The radiantly heated floors were something we hadn’t considered before the renovations, but wouldn’t do without it now that we’ve experienced it. Thank you for everything.

Imeneo is an old school company with old school quality. Very hard working however lack general contracting skills to maintain a high level of supervision to ensure timelines are maintained and minimize the stress on the owner. Although the quality of the workmanship was good it was not as excellent as they pretended to be. The pricing was not in line with the expectation of finishing with a high quality product. Not a bad company however I would be very strict on ensuring an on-site supervisor is in place, detailed planning and a penalty clause to ensure time lines are maintained.

I cannot believe the posting that I see by Ch BO. This must be a competitor or a customer who has probably had issues paying the bills. Our experience with Imeneo was the best we have ever had. Every time we upgraded from our original contract, we would gladly pay the difference for the upgrade. We never once short paid Imeneo and they never surprised us with any bills.
I am a lawyer by profession and I understand contracts and progress billing very well. We actually noticed a positive shift in the billing with the new ownership structure/new partner from one project to the next. With their new system, they are on time in their billing, accurate and they give back a portion of the deposit you pay per billing; something we did not have before, but that makes sense. The level of service and organization with electronic updates and billing updates helped us get through our project.
I have had two projects with Imeneo. One basement underpin and finish and very recently a full renovation of our home on the bridal path (Three stories). We are so pleased with Imeneo’s work and with the level of service, honesty and willingness to give us the best possible outcome in the work they do from both owners and their employees. Both partners truly enjoy what they do and care for their workers and their work and it shows in the work they deliver.

If you are a paying customer who respects and appreciates good workmanship and pays on time, you are in the best hands. They take care of A to Z and deliver a turn key house. They also expect prompt payment for their prompt work.
