We have been lucky to have done two renovations Downtown, Toronto and a cottage in Muskoka with Imeneo Construction.

Our house, which was our first renovation with Iemeno, is a very old house that had all types of structural issues. Every contractor we called, never answered us back after having visited our house. Imeneo was the only one who grabbed the challenge and jumped in to save our home from major damage and possibly from collapsing. They also put us in touch with a very good Engineer who was able to help us in our emergency. We then decided to build an addition onto our home and to do some landscaping with Imeneo Construction for our house. We were very pleased with the result and the quality of work. The entire crew is one big family and they all go the distance for their clients. A few years after completion of our house renovations, we had Imeneo Construction renovate our condo downtown Toronto. Imeneo even made the trip upto our family cottage to renovate our main floor and to rebuild our deck. We couldn't be happier with our choice and we would recommend Imeneo's team very highly.

We purchased a very old, house with no mechanicals, electricals or insulation and hired Imeneo Construction to renovate our house from inside and out.
Imeneo first underpinned our basement to 9' clear, with introductions to Imeneo from a very reputable Engineer. Our project was on time and on budget. A contractor that is willing to go the distance and at times upgrade the client without even charging, simply because he thinks the upgrade is a better way to go, is someone who cares about what he does.
We were so pleased with the underpin, with the crew and with Imeno's quality of service and attention to our needs that we decided to grant the entire construction of our addition and the renovations of the house and basement to full finish to Imeneo.
We have been so pleased with the outcome of our project and we have Imeneo to thank for it.

I was recommended to Imeneo from an engineer that was on Sarah Richardson's show. After seeing the above post I find it hard to believe we dealt with the same person. Maybe things have changed in the last two years or so. Having had them at my house, it's only fair of me to stay that the work they performed was done exceptionally well. The project was a bit delayed, which is given when considering the circumstances (i.e. bad weather), but I was more then satisfied with the work. Frank's vision is undoubtedly at top rate in his field, and his crews are polite, efficient, and might I add extremely tidy and clean. I highly recommend them for future projects.

I'll start by saying that this happened over 2 years ago and things were a bit different back then. However, my experience was so bad I thought it was worth reporting. And, I should also say Imeneo's trades were very good and work they did complete was well done. However, getting them to complete my job was a nightmare. Whenever I complained about the delays they would always promise that they would be back tomorrow, or the next week. Sometimes they would come for a day or so. In the end the job was over 12 months late and twice I was left without heat in early winter. They actually quit the job early and left me to complete the job myself. I'm only sorry that I had fired them earlier.
