Andre has quoted me numerous times over the years and after finally deciding to go ahead with my major renovation he was more than helpful. Clear concise quotes and timelines for installation were maintained. Fabulous new front door gets numerous compliments from the neighbours!
FTD was an excellent company to deal with - they had my old porch ripped out. Repaired the surroundings and installed in just over a week. The concrete work was fantastic and any issues were resolved without reservation!
Imeneo is an old school company with old school quality. Very hard working however lack general contracting skills to maintain a high level of supervision to ensure timelines are maintained and minimize the stress on the owner. Although the quality of the workmanship was good it was not as excellent as they pretended to be. The pricing was not in line with the expectation of finishing with a high quality product. Not a bad company however I would be very strict on ensuring an on-site supervisor is in place, detailed planning and a penalty clause to ensure time lines are maintained.
