I wish I knew about HomeStars before I contracted HomeTurf for this season. With apparently no response in weed control, I started wondering why. If the apply weed control, we should see some impact no?
Well, I was working by the backyard window on a scheduled visit day and noticed that no one had come. I reviewed my video cameras and found that the technician sprayed a very narrow patch on the front and left. WOW.
I emailed the company. NO RESPONSE. I have emailed before on other questions, NO RESPONSE.
I called, many times, finally getting someone. They were responsive and polite. They said they would reschedule treatment.
This is all good, but do they expect me to be checking every visit ? I'll have to as the there is no trust or reliability in this company.
