I bought materials for a project and was very impressed with the service. specifically, Aaron and Edward were very helpful and polite. They made my experience very positive. Their customer service skills are beyond expectations.

The staff are very helpful when I was looking for a product to use for my bathroom renovation, provided me the options, the cost and savings. I will recommend home depot for all the renovations in your home.

I think the Home Depot is keeping up with the trends of the current styles that do it your self home owners want. We were very pleased with the selection. The people that work there are also very knowledgable. I would recommend to do tiling yourself it is not very hard and you save a lot on labour costs.

The Overall Service from this Home Depot was absolutely great.I was able to paint everything in my house including the basement and all the bedrooms.The outcome of the paint job done was great. My House was looking great and the quality of the paint was absolutely awesome.The price they gave me for the whole house was approximately 250$ which i think is a great deal.The time taken for this job was a little but not that much approximately 2-4 weeks.Im very satisfied with this service and will do any other project required with this home depot.I really recommend this Home Depot.Thank You!

The overall experience I had for home depot was overall a decent one, when I entered a nice employee kindly greeted me and asked if I needed anything, which I did. So the employee quickly showed me the aisle that the part I needed was located. Their staff was friendly and efficient.

The three member team of Jim, Kim and Doug did an outstanding job. They came in on time everyday and did an amazing job on both the bathrooms. They also recommended the lighting changes and others and overall I m ust say we are extremely pelased with the renovation and would recommend them without hesitation. The staff at the store also provided excellent service when it came to selecting and pricing the fixtures for the bathrooms. The store also gave us a very good discount. I had seven(7) extimates before I gave my business to Home Depot and I will definately go back there for my kitchen renovation in the future.

7 years after Home Depot replaced my roof it started showing signs of deterioration. Their warranty is 10 years labor and 20 years on the shingles. They won't honor their warrant because their excuse on why the shingles show deterioration is because it always get wet. Isn't the purpose of shingles is to be able to withstand rain, snow and sun for at least 20 years as they claimed?

first it is hard to find anyone who is willing to help you. second, when you do grab someone, you are limited to what they know, and they are not willing to go above and beyone to find out the information for you. standard answer is NO if they don't know it's a yes.

The sales were really nice in terms of describing each toilet to me and which ones would be the ones I would choose if I wanted the GST credit. I've honestly never purchased toilets before and did not know there was so many different models that you could choose from. The sales was very patient and helped me understand the functions of each toilet. I ended up picking a Kohler model. The installation I was able to do on my own after instruction from one of the helpful workers at the Home Depot. I was surprised I was able to get it done on my own. Now I have 3 nice new toilets sitting in my house with a GST credit I look forward to. The price in my opinion was not too expensive, I felt like I did start to save some money when looking at my hydro bills.

Looking for a DIY way to install wrought iron pickets. Found a product at home depot. The staff were very helpful in explaining how to install and pointed out all the hardware needed for a proper installation including the tools required.
