I drove past this store and decided to go in, my first visit & I am so happy I did. Raj is an excellent sales person, personable and knowledgeable, she assisted me in helping choose the right furniture for my son's bedroom. She is outstanding at what she does, I am going to be purchasing other items in the near future ie: TV stand, night table..
I had shopped around but came back because of the colour choices/quality of the bedroom set I ended up purchasing. I am very happy with my overall experience and purchase!
Indira ….Follow up.,,,,a month later......I have received the furniture it delivered earlier than expected. There was an issue with the desk which I addressed with Raj and Sam, they offered a solution which was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my purchase & definitely recommend Highland Furniture.

Got my custom made sofa yesterday and absolutely love it! It turned out even better than I thought it would. Thanks to Raj and Sam for the great suggestions and service! Will definitely be back for the custom bed we were discussing!

this is the worst customer service I have ever received from Raj (sales lady) of this company. She misrepresents and then is nasty about it.

I ordered a trundle bed from this company from the picture the lady showed me. This was urgently needed by me and I mentioned this to the lady. She was very accommodating at the time of sales and told me that it will be delivered on Monday, today (Aug 27th), around 3-4pm. Then she calls me at 9.59am. I return her call at 10.17am and she tells me that there is a delay it would be delivered between 6pm and 9pm.

I call again at 6.57pm and ask her and she says it will be around 9.00pm. The delivery arrives at at 10.15pm. I ask the gentleman if he would assemble and he says no he was asked to just deliver and not assemble and this late he could not do it and he would come tomorrow only but I would have to talk to the company.

I asked to speak with the lady and he handed me the phone. I told the lady that I was expecting to receive the bed assembled (as shown in the picture) which is what I was expecting. We are lay people and we have no idea that we were expected to assemble it. We have no idea how to do it and what tools are to be used to do this.

The lady was smart enough to tell me that delivery would be $25 then why did she not do her job and tell me that assembly would be extra? I was so desperate at that time due to my guests arrival that I would probably have agreed to the assembly charge too. But she did not and only told me about the delivery charge.

I have this bed now and I have no idea how to assemble it.

Also buyers beware. The lady wrote on my sales order copy that the sale is final before asking to sign the order. She did not talk to me about it. She just wrote on it. Is this normal procedure of the company? Why did she write it?

I want an explanation and an apology and assembly of the bed. A copy of this letter is also going to the Better Business Bureau. I am also going to send a copy of this to my Credit Card Company.

I need this bed assembled as soon as possible or this should be taken back immediately as the terms of our sales contract have not be fulfilled.

I am a happy customer! After having a very bad experience at another store and waiting 8 weeks for a sofa which kept getting delayed and delayed, I gave up and came across this store. Here I found an even better sofa for a better price! Raj promised me it would be in my condo in 10 days and she ended up delivering it in 7 days, ahead of schedule!

I got a great bed that I'm in love with! I got to pick the exact colour I wanted and they had it made for me.
The best part is I had a coffee table I had bought from another store and the leg broke. The store where I bought from refused to help me but Raj went out of her way to order me a replacement leg - I am so grateful! She could have easily sold me another coffee table but got me the replacement leg for free!

I showed them a $4600 sofa I had seen at a high end store in downtown Toronto and these guys were able to get one custom made for me for less than half of that price! I was skeptical at first because of the big price difference but when I received it they look identical I can't even tell the difference! I am SUPER happy! Raj was very patient with my list of requirements and literally spent hours with me making sure I got the fabric of my choice. I will be a customer for life! - Randall

Hi harriet, there is a DOS command you can use to run as administrator in command line:
runas /profile /user:administrator “Driver:\folder\program”
For example, the administrator account is “AAA” and you want to run BBB.exe of C:\programs, you should do these following steps:
1 Press Win key & R

Steven is nice guy first day he assist me.one guy dont knw full name but i think his nick name is raj he talks with customers nicely. delivery boy's aslo well behavior.but..but.. if you are happy in your life and wants buy some mentally stress go to the Highland there is one lady Raj she will give you hardtime.she massed all my dinning set sent me twice wrong delivery and forcefully they took delivery fees.please stay away from them.

Quick delivery of my product. Great price for wonderful furniture. The shop owner Raj was able to work with us on getting our order ready.

My first impression of Steven the Sales Rep that greet my partner and I was amazing. He did not rush us or tried to pressure us into purchase something right away. Once he saw that we were ready to ask questions and buy he help us in the most professional way. He was courteous, honest and polite. We got what we paid for which was a Dining table and chairs along with a bed frame. We were able to have Easter Dining with our family because he made sure our table arrived on time.
