I have recently purchased 2 bedroom sets, a sofa, and 2 side single chairs from Highland Furniture. The service was great from start to finish. Raj was very helpful and went above and beyond with service. The delivery guys were awesome and set up all my new furniture. All pieces purchased looks AMAZING in my home and the quality is GREAT.

We bought a living, dining and bedroom set with these people. They said it will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. They call us to come and make the payment because the items were ready in 2 weeks. They delivered an upgraded version of what we ordered, we are very happy.

I was really impressed with the customer service at Highland furniture. Moving can be a very stressful process, and so is furniture shopping. Raj and her staff helped me throughout the entire bed selection process, including finding the right mattress. I love my new bed, the quality is amazing and affordable.

Solid Canadian made furniture and fantastic service! We got 2 sets of sofa's from Highland furniture along with an outdoor patio set and dining table, all within 6 months apart. We are very happy with the quality of the sofa's and service the people at Highland furniture provided. They have a great selection of furniture and can custom make them to best fit your size and material requirement. Raj, the lady that works there, is great at what she does. She organized the delivery times to best suit our availability (unlike most large furniture stores) and helped us design a custom sofa to best fit a tricky corner in our living room. We are definitely going back to Highland furniture for our future furnishing needs.

Since the first time Me & My wife entered Highland Furniture in March 2014, We knew that we could find everything we needed to to furnish our home, there is a wide variety that you could choose from also the service provide by them are excellent.
Even if you needed anything to be custom made it could be done.
I recommend Highland Furniture to everyone getting their homes furnished.

One of our friends referred this store to us and we had a great experience. Staff was great at Highland Furniture. Custom couch, turned out perfectly...delivery was efficient and friendly....will definitely do business with them again.

This is my second positive experience at this store. Just got my stools yesterday and love them! Another store had told me these stores were not available but when I placed the order at Highland, to my surprise, I had the stools in my house in less than 10 days! They are exactly as I wanted!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! the owner Raj is VERY rude and arrogant and has no intentions of helping her customers what so ever.,,we ordered a twin bed 2 of those from the brochure they had and they made it WRONG, its not even according to the standard sizes, the mattresses we bought are from IKEA and are of the perfect standard size..when I told them this they said IKEA is garbage and do not compare them to IKEA, comparing a billions of dollars company to themselves? seriously???? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I said fix it according to the standard size and give it back but they are very very rude and said bottom line I cant tell them to do anything and nothing can be done about this they wont take it back or even fix it as this is STANDARD, furthermore the beds are not even identical, one is lower in level and when I said that he said to " check my floor ",,ridiculous customer service and the owner raj she is one very arrogant very rude, non customer friendly woman, my mother tried to tell her this is not right and she said " you are not going to sit and look at them all day"..she doesn't tells the truth also saying her saying IKEA's products comes from china while there products are not, and the boxes they deliver says MADE IN CHINA, she tells her I am going to ask the manager and say what can be done but SHE IS THE OWNER!, and did NOTHING to help, I wanted this to be fixed but after the way they talked to us I wanted my money back, A HUGE MISTAKE...DO NOT GO TO THEM!! I even said i'll pick and drop it just FIX it and they wont do it! they said never in 25 years have the ever gotten a complaint! THIS IS BS! EVERYONE CAN EASILY SAY THAT!!!! I said i'll come and talk to you face to face and he said if you step foot in the store i'll charge you with trespassing! Any one wants to stand against them has my vote and side for that matter! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I bought a bedroom set from Highland furniture and received the worst possible customer service and no bed set. The day I bought the set I was told to pay a deposit of $200 up front and the full balance on the day of my delivery. I live in a condo and the times to book the elevator are 9-12:30 and 1-4:30 and only available on Thursday as there was a moving on Friday and it would be booked all day. we explained this on the day of our purchase. we were told that they would call us the Monday before our delivery. they never called i had to, on that day they said that they could not deliver it. we made other arrangement's and the elevator became available on Friday from 1-4:30 ONLY. we told them that. they told us they would deliver from 12-4. we disagreed on the off chance that they arrived at 12. they told us they would call us back,. they called back saying the delivery was from 10-1. apparently they didn't understand the elevator was booked. we were able to work the elevator situation out the day before the delivery was supposed to take place. at 8pm on Thursday WE called THEM asking about what would happen if one of the items were damaged. we were told by the woman to go to hell and that they would not be delivering the bedroom set and referred to as "people like YOU". i then asked for my deposit back and they said to read the receipt and that they would not be giving it back. after i had read through the receipt it says that if I was to cancel they could keep our deposit but in this case they were refusing to deliver the set. they called us and it was a man this time. he then began asking personal questions such as my age and i told him i was 21. he said that i was playing childish games and have just finished high school. when i read what was on the agreement he said that i was playing a game of CSI and after making personal blows he still agreed not to deliver.
