Heinz Breiter Window Cleaning Ltd

Breiter Window Cleaning washed all our windows, INSIDE and OUT. The Office Staff and the Cleaning Staff did everything they said they would do. Including a 3-story Side window, Custom Solarium INSIDE AND OUT.
It took longer than they expected, but the service was so good that all four of the employees they sent left with a TIP. Any residence with fixed mutton bars and 3-story windows would be LUCKY to get the professional service they gave us.

Not satisfied at all. Had to go over there work. Any had dirt they never removed was told they carry razor blades. Come on you clean windows force living. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Have used them for about 5 years annually. I will never use them again. After booking in 2018, left messages 3 times to reschedule with plenty of notice, but received no call back.

Though we normally pay 100 to have the eaves cleaved I agreed to 190 with these people . They provided an estimate of 190 and then an invoice of 300 dollars. Wheb we complained that they pulled a switch and bait their response was they couldn’t do these for free.
In addition instead of bagging the leaves they left them at the base of the house in a mess.

Don’t use these people they are very deceptive in their pricing and very unpleasant to deal with

I was quoted a price for cleaning of eavestroughs and downspouts - a price I agreed to - and we set up a day for the work to be done. On the day the work
was done, I was left a copy of the original quote with the total crossed out by hand, and an additional amount added. I had never agreed to the add-on. I paid the agreed-upon amount - about $180 - by cheque the next day along with a note explaining why I was not paying he additional charge - about $75. No give on their part and no acknowledgement of their error. After about 8 months they sent the matter to a collection agency. I'm not surprised their approval rating is 38%. Stay away!!!

The company's version of our verbal contract is inaccurate. The amount agreed to was for the full service - cleaning of eaves troughs AND downspouts. And that's what their original paperwork reflected - before it was hand-doctored on site. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never use them, or recommend them, again.
And I am not alone. When I wrote this review their approval rating on Homestars was 38%. Today it is 30%.

After getting an estimate and complications finally getting an appointment time, they begged off explaining the weather had been a problem. So we made another appointment time for today, I have now waited for 5 hours and still no show. OK, I can understand people running late, but why not at least a phone call?

The servicemen were friendly and very helpful!
Our windows look great now! So happy we chose this company.
The office staff were very professional and patient too.
Way to go H. Breiter, we'll be using your services again!

This company cannot be trusted. They quoted me roughly $450 to clean windows on two houses. This is more or less the going rate. I confirmed again and again that this was the total amount for both houses together. They did the job, then billed me double. They refused to admit their error. Instead I received a letter from a debt collection agency. Stay away from this company. Unprofessional and dishonest!

There seemed to be so many window cleaning services out there, but I finally settled on H. Breiter. My windows, of which there are many, hadn't been cleaned in some years, yet Kamis came in and managed with serious elbow grease to get them sparkling again. We will definitely be using them next year.
