Worse ever. Insurance company sent this company to look after cleaning and repairs to my flooded basement in 2008. I was travelling and when I came back I found that my nice carpet had been replaced with the lowest quality foam. ( the answer was that it was approved by the tenant) - Now with the storm in July 2013 my basement was flooded again and the insurance company its refusing to pay because the damage was caused by "seepage" We now find out that the initial problem was caused by foundation and water proofing issues. Any reputable company will know this when removing the damage drywall and insulation. They did not report it because obviously that was not their job. did not get a reply from the insurance company when I requested and explanation. We all pay when the only motivation is greed !

This company is really bad... ive had to wait for my floors to be installed 2 months and they said it will take no longer then 1 week.
When the job was finished there was issues that they promised they will fix but never came back to do it. Also, they hire small sub-contractors for there jobs... but never pay them even tho they collect the money form the insurance companies. Do not deal with these people, they will rip you off.

This is the end of Jan. 2007 and the restoration is still not finished. All I seem to get is promises but there is no action. The laminate floor is coming apart and there is still the smell of smoke in one closet.There are many other minor repairs that need to be fixed.

We had bathroom flood in Condominium. Gulfstar were on job very quickly. Operatives were efficient, friendly and very helpful.
