Stay away from this store. Stuff is rude the and the owner Pat was friendly at the beginning .Made the purchased and requested re-upholstery of a chair which he agreed. After 2 weeks I called many times and then I understood why of the reviews and how rude his staff is. He never returned my call. Today I went to the store and when he saw me he gave me disgusting gesture with his hand but told he was not returning my calls he was too busy and to take my chair... He can afford to be that rude because his motivation is money and he has plenty of it and business its good for him. Shame on you. No one deserves to be treated in such manner.

You may as well buy appliances at a discount store and get better service. washing machine from Blomberg did not work. I had 3 service calls by a very rude service man and numerous calls to customer service and finally after 1 1/2 months later. I decided to go to the store and insisted to see the manager. I was finally given a new replacement and I did receive an extended warranty and we will see. But salesman did not even return my calls. Don't bother you get better service somewhere else and probably pay less. A very unpleasant experience with this company.

After 6 + months of renovations and getting the wrong pieces for my kitchen and dealing with rude employees. Today was just the worse and maybe the last day I go to there for a long time or maybe never. An employee and furniture pick up told me that no one cares because business its so good !! and yes its always busy and I only wished i had the unlimited funds to hire cabinet makers so I would have never had to put up with the horrible service I have received. Not enough space to go over all the details but the employees 98% dont care and it shows and keep on going back there. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. The worst part its that they can be rude and they don't care.

I bought a small vanity from Mia and I had not moved into my new home the contractor installed it. When I saw it it had holes on the sides as it was already used and damage. Contractor though I had purchased a used vanity. NO. I came to see Mia and showed her the photos she was concerned but she believed me and took it back and ordered a new one which was there in 2 days.... Carlos at the warehouse was excellent, helpful and a perfect gentleman.. a good experience for a change when customer service for me has been an issue in this home renovation. I will come back to TUBS Etobicoke.

The employee its knowledgable but beware they have a deal with contractors so the word " depot" makes you think you are getting a good deal. Not a fancy place at all! Contracted the job and paid a deposit and after the deposit the employee called me in secret to tell me that she had made a mistake and was extremely sorry..it was actually a big mistake $$. she could get fired. Original price just seemed too low. So I agreed. I now realized after problems with delivery and others issues and her excuses and lack of professionalism could be just the way they operate. My cabinets were installed today and they are not 100%. My installer claims that some of the cabinets are standard sizes and not custom made. I was told I was paying for a custom made kitchen !! They do make sure you get paid the day before delivery!! dont bother plenty of places to go and get your cabinets. I did not save that much money by going to a "kitchen contractor" I will complain with the owners but I do not recommend this place.

Worse ever. Insurance company sent this company to look after cleaning and repairs to my flooded basement in 2008. I was travelling and when I came back I found that my nice carpet had been replaced with the lowest quality foam. ( the answer was that it was approved by the tenant) - Now with the storm in July 2013 my basement was flooded again and the insurance company its refusing to pay because the damage was caused by "seepage" We now find out that the initial problem was caused by foundation and water proofing issues. Any reputable company will know this when removing the damage drywall and insulation. They did not report it because obviously that was not their job. did not get a reply from the insurance company when I requested and explanation. We all pay when the only motivation is greed !

Run away from these guys. Lloyd a nice guy. He did waterproofing at my property a few years ago. I had problems with water in the basement after and he came again after many calls... did not fix the problem but the drains he installed do not work. This people are just about the money. His guarantee is not work the paper that its written on. He did not return my calls.
