i made a purchase beautiful german made laminate flooring at a very cheap price(cheaper and better quality compare with many stores) in September during the big sale but my basement renovation was finished in Feb, i got 3 box left unused, and went over to return them at no problem at all. i am very happy that i am able to return the unopened box after such long period of time because i have learnt that according the company policy that return must be brought within a month, Mr. Major and Mr. Sharp still let me get my refund with no hassle at all. thank you so much.

Very happy with the flooring and the customer service we received. The quality of the flooring is a lot better than that of engineered hardwood sold by larger chains and the price is a lot better as well. Overall, we are very happy with the product, the price and the customer service we received.

I had placed an order for hardwood floor(bamboo)(2year ago).But unfortunately I have to cancel the order, because I have been told by doctor my kids allergenic to bamboo. I had given $500.00 deposit. So when I went to cancel it they were very roud and they said, I cant get the deposit back, saying lots of ridiculous reasons..Dont even think of buying from this guys.

I have purchased hardwood from Guildcraft Floors for $ 3400.00 on August 8th and they delivered me the wrong hardwood after a month and a half. It’s been more than 3 months and I still haven’t got the hardwood I ordered. When i visited the store they told me that the hardwood I chose from the display was a three years old sample and that they discontinued. I am very upset at this company for selling me the product that they discontinued, and up until now I have made 5 visits to the store, and still unable to speak to the manager directly. The issue is still unresolved. I am exhausted, angry, annoyed mentally and physically drained from this problem. I have lost so much money and time (work) in trying to resolve this matter. My impression of the company has been tarnished. I would never recommend this company to anyone as their products are falsified, poor customer service, and unprofessional.

Very happy with salesman at the store. Liked the product and will return to purchase more product when o decide to complete the bedrooms. Would recommend your store to all my friends.

Stay away from Guildcraft Floors as far as possible.

Before hiring Guildcraft ,I did a lot of research on the wood floors I already had in the house (which I wanted matched), and different installing companies. Guildcraft was the only company to include everything I wanted on their quote, and the grade of wood that matched what I already had. They were prompt, professional, and I was more than pleased on the quality of work they did, they matched the color perfectly. Manager was always there if I had a question, he had the answers for me within minutes. The floor looks amazing, I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family :)
