I have purchased hardwood from Guildcraft Floors for $ 3400.00 on August 8th and they delivered me the wrong hardwood after a month and a half. It’s been more than 3 months and I still haven’t got the hardwood I ordered. When i visited the store they told me that the hardwood I chose from the display was a three years old sample and that they discontinued. I am very upset at this company for selling me the product that they discontinued, and up until now I have made 5 visits to the store, and still unable to speak to the manager directly. The issue is still unresolved. I am exhausted, angry, annoyed mentally and physically drained from this problem. I have lost so much money and time (work) in trying to resolve this matter. My impression of the company has been tarnished. I would never recommend this company to anyone as their products are falsified, poor customer service, and unprofessional.
