Gib San Pool & Hot Tub Centre

The Gib San team was amazing from when I first stepped in their showroom, to when they left my property after installation. This is my first hot tub, and they helped me pick out exactly what I needed, and they delivered it in a very short time. When they arrived for the delivery, my house was chaos with construction - they were the most pleasant finding a way around all our obstacles without a hiccup or negative emotion. They then educated me on how to fill, use, and maintain the tub in a short amount of time, all with smiles on their faces wishing me a happy summer in my new tub. Overall, I had a great experience and I can't wait to spend my summer in my new hot tub. Thank you Gib San!!!

Jeff and the Gibsan staff are great! Jeff was very helpful at assessing my hot tub requirement and recommending the perfect hot tub. He and staff gave great advice on site preparation and have professionally answered all my questions whenever I've been in to the store.

From the moment we met Alex, the project and landscape designer we knew we were in expert hands. He turned a beautiful vision into reality. 2012 was the year of my daughter’s wedding, and the project was on schedule even with last minute changes. Fernando did a great job engineering the project, Jason took the lovely pictures and gave us a pool maintenance demo. Jeff and Molly at the store are always willing to assist with our pool and hot tub needs. Thanks to the Gib-San family.

I bought and had delivered a new outdoor hot tub. This company provided the best deal and was able to deliver and set up the hot tub for me. I am very happy with my new hot tub.

We are truly enjoying our new tub and enjoyed the experience dealing with the Gib San staff. Molly did a very professional sales presentation and was very helpful selecting the right model that best suited our needs. Brian and Joe did and excellent installation including showing up when they said they would and then showed us how to get started.

I have been with Gib-San for about 10 years now. I lived in Mississauga, and was having problems with the liner of my pool (because the quality of work was not done well). I contacted Gib-San, and they gave me a reasonable quote, and had the job done right. I found they had time to speak to me with any questions or concerns I might have had. I then started using Gib-San to open and close my pool. They always did a great job, and put everything away when they were done. I also had a hot tub that needed some work done to it, and again, Gib-San was more than willing to help me, in a very timely manner. Over the years, the crew have gotten to know my place, and myself. I love the fact that they are the same crew that comes to my house twice a year, and when I need extra help for service. I've also had the pleasure getting to know Jason and Taryn, who treat me as a valued customer, instead of just a client with dollar sign's.

I have just recently moved to the country, and have a pool there as well. It was missing the hot tub, so I obviously went to the Gib-San retail store. Molly was most amazing! She found me the hot tub I was looking for, AND.......saved me money in the process. While I was there I said I was looking for a BBQ, and again, Molly was very knowledgeable about what would be my best fit. While I was there, I commented that I was moving to the country, and because I don't trust anyone else looking after my pool needs, I asked if they would still come and service where I'm going to be. To my delight, they said they would be able to! When the crew came to deliver the hot tub and BBQ, they spend the time making sure the tub fit right, and gave me instructions on how to use the tub and the the special features about the BBQ (which they put together). Now that's customer service)!

Unfortunately with the hot tub, there was a malfunction with one of the components. Both Molly and Jeff were so quick to get it fixed for me, that it was within 48hrs. Again, excellent customer service.

To sum up, I trust Gib-San and all their employee's with my water needs and their honesty and knowledge. Thank you!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Gib San and have been very impressed with the service we have received. Jeff and Molly have been fantastic. They were very patient while we were selecting a tub, answering our many questions with no pressure. They even allowed us to have a wet test with the kids. The installation guys were terrific also. Since the installation, Jeff and Molly have continued to make themselves available to support us and give us advice. We are so happy we went with Gib San!

The overall experience in choosing Gib-San Pools and Landscape creations as the builder of choice for our project was most certainly a positive one. With Jay as our designer we were able to fit in all the elements that we had hoped for and more. Our project manager Fernando was outstanding; he was available regularly and made us feel comfortable during every step of the instillation. If I were to make any suggestion on an area which could use improvement it would maybe be the after support, being a new pool owner I do have many questions and a faster response time would be ideal. All in all we love our new backyard and can’t wait to start enjoying it this summer.
