Gib San Pool & Hot Tub Centre

We recently purchased a hot tub from Gib-San Pool & Hot Tube Centre in Etobicoke and are absolutely THRILLED with the entire experience!

Jeff, the Sales Manager, was phenomenal to work with - starting with the inquiry stage (when we walked in) through the entire purchase, install and more! Jeff was available to my husband and I at any time - even on a day off if needed - and followed up frequently throughout the entire process!

The installation team led by Brian, Joe and Alex, were also fantastic! They had to do some maneuvering to get the hot tub into our postage stamp sized backyard (moving the top up an incline to our backyard, removing fencing and then returning it) and did so with professionalism and humour!

Without hesitation, we highly recommend the ENTIRE team at Gib-San and will be sure to INSIST that any friends and family in the market for a hot tub work with Gib-San exclusively!

We hired Gib-San for the instillation of a new pool in 2011 and have been very happy with the outcome of the project. Mario was a terrific project manager and had terrific communication skills both when he was on site and off. We are now enjoying the finished product and using the Gib-San service team for on going management of the pool.

They offer excellent service and staff are very helpful. My pool had an extreme algae problem which they were able to solve for me without spending a fortune on pool chemicals.

For the last 2 years I have been using Gib-San pool & Hot Tub for all my spa needs, I am always greeted with a friendly face, and the customer service people are very knowledgeable, this would be the place for my next spa, and I would recommend Gib-San to anyone looking for a Hot Tub or even a new BBQ. great selection.

We purchased a house with a large indoor pool that needed most of the equipment serviced. Although Gibsan doesn't work on Dry-a-tron units, they were able to take care of all our pool needs. They quotes we got from Jason and the crew were fair, the responses to phone calls and emails was always immediate and to the point. The work that was done was clean and professional as were the workers. A few deficiencies in the work or small things that should have been done differently were dealt with immediately and at no extra costs even though it meant repeat visits to the property. Rarely have I been as impressed with the professionalism, service and meticulous work of a company as I was with Gib-San pools. They may not be the cheapest, but are fair and for the money I got far better service and work than I expected. I won't look elsewhere when it comes time to do more work on the pool.

Gibsan installed our pool about 8 years ago we have nothing but great experiences with the staff and the owners. Any issue has been dealt with.

Gib-San Pools is currently constructing a vinyl lined pool in our backyard and we just wanted to take the time to express how pleased we are with the service we’ve been provided. We are very happy with Anthony, the project manager. In terms of customer service, we are overwhelming pleased with his performance on the job. His line of communication is excellent as he always gets back to us promptly whenever we have questions or concerns. The pool is almost complete and Anthony has coordinated the build like a conductor of an orchestra. Gib-San truly does have excellent employees on staff! At this point, we are relieved with our decision to have chosen Gib-San as our pool builder and can’t wait to be in our pool this summer!

After interviewing many different pool companies, we chose Gib-San to design and build our pool based on how professional and friendly Mr. Ed Gibbs and Mr. Evan Baard were in their initial meeting with us and their excellent reputation!

Throughout the entire process Evan Baard was very personable, helpful and patient and we never felt rushed or stressed in any decision that had to be made. Evan and his team delivered on time and thanks to their vision, we now have a backyard oasis!!

I have deal with the service department at Gibsan pools and the experience was excellent. The technician came out the same day and was very knowledgeable and had my tub up and running within an hour.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the new location. I was impressed. The store is set up very customer friendly, the show room was exceptional and the staff , especially Molly was fantastic!!
