hired for a 5 day asbestos job (their estimate) took them over 5 months.....non stop excuses and delays.....before the job finished they put a lien on my house without even sending a bill or invoice........it's going to court, we will see how it goes.....plus, they advertise as asbestos removal, but they are not qualified in my opinion to do such work.

We had Genesis come in after an insurance claim...........
We dealt directly with Graham and were not disappointed.

Genesis was immediately on site and extremely helpful in dealing with insurance adjuster. They went over and above with my flood to ensure insurance adjuster was totally aware of the extent of my water damage. Project Manager and technicians were very knowledgeable and competent in dealing with situation. I would recommend Genesis to all with no hesitation.

During the rain this winter my basement flooded. There was 2 feet of water, EVERYWHERE. Upon calling Genesis, I was impressed immediately. They had a project manager at my house within the hour and within 2 hours they were already pumping out the water, getting it ready to be dried.
Great service, great price, no hassles, easy to deal with and understand.

After moving into our new home, we noticed water leaking through our basement foundation & floors. Genesis Restoration was professional every step of the way to helping us remove all the water and mold from our basement. Graham is really friendly. My only comment would be that we had to ask them do test holes in other areas of the basement walls after they thought they were done with the 2 areas where we had seen the water damage. We ended up discovering water damage throughout our whole basement. Overall they did a great job and lent us their air purification equipment for months.

Wanted to work on a budget...this was totally understood... and We got lots a suggestions and choices. We live i a very old house that will be knocked down by someone some day... but we always like to keep in comfortable and enjoyable.

Water damage to exterior of house: repaired and replaced studs, insulation and the plywood sheet (only 1 needed). The company also completely painted my house. I was very satisfied.
