I was searching for months for a good honest windows company to tell me the truth and give an honest, no upsell, no frills no gimmicks quote. At last hopes I decided to call the number on the bottom of a flyer I had just received, and it was the best decision I've ever made! I even ordered an extra window during the process, because he is that honest, upfront and professional. I still came in on budget! The windows work and look fantastic and the installers were in and out as scheduled. There not enough words to thank Chris for all he did for me. Because of his honesty and professionalism, I will be a return customer. Thank you Chris, Clera should be proud they have someone so dedicated!

I hired Clera based on the reviews on this site. Vick the sales guy was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the door that was right for us and that met our needs and budget. The door looks great and was installed professionally. The only issue we had was that as a smaller project our installation date kept getting pushed back, otherwise I would give them a 10.

I had the pleasure of working with the team at Clera Windows + Doors to replace my very wide front door and side windows. John was extremely professional, provided me with a number of options that met with my budget and delivered on time. The installation went off without any issues. Truly a pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

We received a flyer in the mail as we were contemplating replacing the windows in our home. Called Clera windows and Chris Larock was most helpful, courteous and honest in his comments about the windows and the pricing. His estimate was right on and delivery was exactly as he said. The installers were very polite, professional and cleaned up very well and, also explained how the windows worked. The job was totally finished in the one day. We really like the pattern insert for our living room windows. Would definitely refer to others. Very pleased.

Needed to update windows in an investment property I own.

Les Stringer was amazing, very accomodating to my schedule and budget, and kindly & patiently explained the technical things to me.

Windows were installed on schedule, very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did an after sales walk around/ review.

When looking for a window company, I interviewed 3 potential companies. Frank Altieri from Clera came over and immediately, I sensed his great personality and sense of professionalism that others lacked. He walked us through the process and was always available by email or phone with any questions that came up. Really a top notch individual.
Drew Bondsfield was our installer and he was also outstanding. The install went very well and much faster than I thought which shows he's been doing this for a while. Great group of installers on Drew's team. After install, we noticed one small fingerprint on the inside of the double pane of glass but keeping to their word, they will be inspecting and most likely swapping that out. We will definitely be calling on Clera again for our main floor windows when they reach their lifespan.
