Clera Windows + Doors

I am very impressed with this company, from our initial phone call of inquiry to the final installation. They were prompt, courteous, and professional ! Bob Tessier, the salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to understand and deal with. The installer 'Chris Flaro' , is a very diligent worker with beautiful results. I would recommend this team to anyone needing to replace windows. Everything was clean, finished beautifully, and everything was done when they said it would be done! All I can say is Thank You!

I purchased my first house about a year ago and I knew all
of the windows would eventually have to be replaced.
I had Clera Windows and Doors replace two that were
in very bad shape.
The windows and installation are fantastic and as my budget
allows I will replace all my windows with Clera.

One of the original window in my 35 year old house was broken.
After getting a few prices to repair it, I called Clera Windows and Doors.
The gave me a price to replace the entire window with a new high efficient
window .The price was much more reasonable then I had expected.
I love my new window and I plan to eventually change all my windows
with Clera.

We have had a great experience dealing with John and his installation team. We have replaced all of the windows in our home with Clera windows and are very satisfied with the quality. Over the years we have had other renovation contractors doing work in our home and overall Clera was the most professional to deal with. We have recently recommended John and his crew to two of our neighbours and they too have been very pleased with the results.

We ordered a 8 foot sliding door with colonial grills from Clera Windows and Doors. The original door was not operable. Before installing the new door the installer had to remove the old casings and jam, replacing them with new product and he did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the door. We would certainly recommend Clera Windows and Doors to our family and friends.

Our salesperson,Terry was knowledgible and was able to answer any questions we had about the various products Clera had to offer. He was extremely courteous and we felt very comfortable with our purchase. We are planning on using Clera Windows again and will recommend them to our friends and family. We were also very happy with the installers. They were very efficient and did a great job.

We've had FM windows replace 11 windows in our house and we are thrilled with the results. They removed our bay window and put in a picture window which looks great, but they also matched our siding and repaired the outside or the house so you would never know there had been a change made.
They also created a new window in our kitchen which looks great. Harvey is great - his workmanship is great - and he cleans up after himself! The sales staff were very knoweldgeable. Everything was done on time and in budget. Having an older home and knowing that any rotten wood would be replaced - with no extra cost!- was very reassuring.
My parents and my sister have both had FM windows after our great experience and they are also very happy with the results.

We recently had to replace all the windows at the front of our house and obtained quotes from 5 window companies / installers before settling on Clera. Frank Altieri was the consumate professional throughout the sales process and even arranged an impressive factory tour. Their installer, Drew, did a fantastic job on all the windows which look great. The detail on the inside trim was excellent. The job was completed quickly with a thorough clean-up. We would not hesitate to recommend Clera / Drew for any window replacement.

From the sale, to installation, everything was done in a professional manner. The quality of the front door and the two styles of windows is top notch. The price may seem high, but we chose one of the pricier doors with a side window. Now that we replaced a few of our windows, we will be using FM windows (now CLERA windows+doors) in the future. They look great from the inside and have nice curb appeal.
