Clera Windows + Doors

In 2009 we had all of our windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors.
We have since sold that house and bought another. We were so happy with our experience in the old house that it was a no brainer to call Todd to have a few windows replaced in our new home.
We are again, very happy and we would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to anyone wanting to replace windows.

After a very successful window installation I decided to speak with Adam about replacing my old front and back doors. Adam helped me find a solution to my problem doors, other vendors only wanted to sell me a new door. He provided great alternatives at a price that was within my budget. And as before, the installation team did a great job. They provided a quality install and were friendly and easy to work with. I can highly recommend Clera for windows and doors.

Steve Wright from Clera Windows in Kanata gave us a competitive price on our 7 windows which we just had installed last week and we are VERY happy with BOTH the quality and installation of the windows. They look GREAT!! We had one new window cutout installed in a dark stairway and were so happy with the results we have just oredered 1 more to lighten a dark corner of our house. We just completed the balance of windows in our house. Clera by FM Industires did the first half of the windows a few years ago and we were pleased to call them back for the balance of windows this year. John is extremely knowledgeable about the product and its quality. Mario did the installation in an efficient and professional manner, cleaning up all debris as he went along and at the end of the installation and keeping our 2 small dogs in mind as well. We are also grateful to Cindy for her patience and pleasant manner as we nailed down dates for all appointments. We would definitely recommend Clera by FM Industries to friends, family and all those interested in a quality product that also improves the house's curb appeal. Our thanks to all.

We just had a new front door, bay window and patio door installed, as well as a side door conversion to a window completed last week. We are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the windows & doors as well as the workmanship during the install. John van den Broek walked us through the process in selecting our windows and doors in early Februray and John Oserio with his team did an excellent job during the install. They were punctual, respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards. The whole process went extremely well from start to finish and we'll be having FM Industries & Clera Windows come back next year to replace a few more windows in our home. Great job all around and I highly recommend that you give Clera a shout if you're considering having your windows &/or doors replaced.

My experience with this project was most exhilirating. Vito was very personable, and did a stellar job in presenting the product to my wife and I, clearly and unhesitatingly responding to all of our questions and concerns. He also invited us to visit the manufacturing facility, and personally gave us a brief tour. Steve and his installation crew were impressive and professional, and we are extremely pleased with the final product.

I just recently had new windows installed in my office and bedroom by FM windows of Stratford, using clera windows. I am absolutely impressed by the quality of window not to mention the installation was immaculate. Did a great job installing and cleaning up after which some company's have a hard
time doing. We had basement windows put in last year by the same company and
because of the quality of window and installation, we got them back again. I
highly recommend having windows installed by Roger and his team of friendly
window installers. I still have more windows to do and wont hesitate to call them back.

The windows and doors in my home have all been replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. In fact, over the years, some have been replaced more than once at no fault of the product. My experiences have all been very pleasant and I do not hesitate to recommend this company. Service is extremely important to them, and is obvious from the time of initial contact with sales personnel to the installation of the products of your choosing. They are on time, they professionally do the job, and then they even remove all stickers and vacuum up any mess on the job site! You will not be disappointed with this company.

We had 26 windows installed two years ago. Our sales manager was amazing, very patient, as we kept changing our minds on window designs. He gave us a tour of the factory as we wanted to see how the windows were made and what our design would look like.( We wanted interior grills as well as exterior ones.)
When someone is trying to sell you something they always go the extra mile to make the sale but recently we noticed a problem with one of our windows, i called Rick and explained. He was at our house the next day. We have never had such wonderful customer service. He stood by his product and the installation and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We are now even more impressed by this company. I am now looking into purchasing doors as i know their work is 100% guaranteed, they are trustworthy, professional and provide excellent service.
