We had 26 windows installed two years ago. Our sales manager was amazing, very patient, as we kept changing our minds on window designs. He gave us a tour of the factory as we wanted to see how the windows were made and what our design would look like.( We wanted interior grills as well as exterior ones.) When someone is trying to sell you something they always go the extra mile to make the sale but recently we noticed a problem with one of our windows, i called Rick and explained. He was at our house the next day. We have never had such wonderful customer service. He stood by his product and the installation and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We are now even more impressed by this company. I am now looking into purchasing doors as i know their work is 100% guaranteed, they are trustworthy, professional and provide excellent service.
