Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

In 2009 we had all of our windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. We have since sold that house and bought another. We were so happy with our experience in the old house that it was a no brainer to call Todd to have a few windows replaced in our new home. We are again, very happy and we would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to anyone wanting to replace windows.

My wife and I have a 120 year old house with original pine plank floors that were in serious need of re-finishing. It was a pleasure to deal with Scott and Heath. Scott answered our questions and provided us with a clear quote in a timely manner. Scott was also able to update the quote quickly when we decided to add to the scope of the job. Heath and his assistant Matt showed up on time and did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. Even though our stairs were maple Heath was able to adjust the tint to match the colour of the rest of the floors. We are very happy with the end results and would recommend NewRidge Refinishing.
