Clera Windows + Doors

Just had the second half of my home redone by Clera and much like the first time Bobby and the crew were great! Couldn't be happier.
They were on time and on point...

I chose Clera windows to replace all the windows in my house after 2 other estimates. Firstly I connected with the Sales Rep, Dennis Kwasniki as I felt he was genuine and trusting. He was very informative about the product and had several suggestions in terms of window style etc. The installer, Ranjit was very friendly and knowledgeable. His team worked hard and dillegently for 2 days in the heat and the downpour that occurred. The windows look great and are of excellent quality. The whole team from sales to the "hands on" are professionals. I would definatley reccomend to my family and friends.

Over the years we have had all our windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. They have performed very well and when a service issue came up it was looked after in a timely and professional manner. The last item to be replaced was the front door with sidelites.
The installers Rick and Blair did a fantastic job and the door looks great . Thank you Hans and Sandra for the great service.

We’ve had a lot of work done to our home the last couple of years and I can honestly say that this was the best quality service/product we’ve received. We just had two patio doors with partial cutouts in brick. We are very pleased. Clera Window and Doors has excellent products! Chris does excellent work and has amazing work ethics. The task was the replacement of an older renovation window in a bedroom. During removal, the old thermopane window was dropped on floor through negligence, damaging the oak flooring and nearby antique desk. The installer took no responsibility and the company response was lukewarm over the phone. I outlined the events and damage to the company in an email to which there has been no response. With no confidence in the company, I undertook the repairs myself and have heard nothing further from the company. I would rate the installed product as adequate but nothing better than that. I would not recommend this company, its products and especially the installer we had to anyone.
