Clera Windows + Doors

My wife and I were thinking of replacing our old windows with high energy efficient ones prior to winter. So we started hunting around for good deals. eventually we found out - good deals is not the only thing, so we started looking on important factors like company name and number of years in the service industry - that’s when we decided on CLERA windows.
On brief call with front desk we were directed to sales representative that’s when we met Denis Kwasnicki, ‘...Man with thorough knowledge on the product…’. He promptly explained us with the different products in offering and made some suggestion on which windows will suit our Bedroom, Passage and Kitchen.
Through Denis we came to meet installers Ranjan, Ramesh and Shiva. Great team of installers - Fantastic job on replacing old windows and they did it in time.
Thanks to Denis & his team we have new Windows now on our home. I would surely recommend his services.
Only drawback was the wait period from the order placed to delivery 8-10weeks. I hope company improves the delivery time.

Dennis was our sales rep, he was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and answered all our questions, because of this we didn't bother with other quotes. We are very happy with the quality of our windows and how easy they are to clean, and the installers were awesome. Ranjan and his crew's workmanship was outstanding from the window installation to our new front door with all the hardware. Our windows on our house were original and needed replacement in a bad way. Should have been replaced years ago but we understood that it would cost us a fortune! We received a flyer in the mail from Cleara about new windows and there was a 0% financing option. We called Gerald to come and chat. He was professional, friendly, from the community and had a background of construction knowledge. We were impressed! He measured all of our windows, explained everything in detail, and gave us a quote. We signed up right away! Our windows were installed about 6 weeks later. The installer was again professional, friendly and knowledgable. And he too was from our community. We are extremley happy with our new windows. They are easy to clean, easy to open, and we are sure we will have a savings in our heating costs this winter. Huge thanks to Gerald and Lavern for our new windows...we highly recommend Cleara for window replacement!!

The staff at FM Windows and Doors were extremely helpful and kind! They helped me choose the right kind of windows for my home and made sure that it stayed within my budget. The sales guy Shawn was great, Melissa in the office was extremely helpful, and Pierre did a great job on the install! I would definitely recommend anyone getting new windows to go here over anywhere else!

We had the ten windows at the front of our house replaced. The new windows look great. A couple of the trim pieces that were installed had dents in them. That was a little frustrating however our sales rep came and fixed those for us. All in all, we are quite happy with the new windows and would recommend Clera to our friends/family
