You get what you pay for ...

UPDATE: STILL NO CONTACT June 2021. I am still waiting for a 45 minute job to be completed. I have been waiting for a screen fix for four years -- I was offered springs to fix it myself (2017), and when the parts weren't what I needed I was told the installer would fix it (but he didn't have parts either) (this was in 2019), then the sales manager took the screen with him and said he'd fix it (2020). When I said 'Hey, let's get this done, he said "Yes", and then when I pushed him later for action he blamed CO-Vid and weather. For a screen? I live alone and am not a CO-Vid risk. I am also waiting for a glass replacement for which I am paying. I waited almost a year after I ordered it from the original specs and even then had to ask to get him to come out to do the work. The manager (Terry Blondin) got the job half done and one of the panes broke. Okay. But that was a year ago. So, four years for a screen and two now (June 2021) for a glass replacement. Still waiting .... They were much quicker when the bill was 7k and not just a few hundred dollars. Quality of the windows is reasonable but the service is poor. If you trust them to make a good product it won't matter ... who needs service?
