Clera Windows + Doors

Met with the salesperson in May, 2014... chose a custom patio door, and was very happy with the plan as laid out to me by the salesperson. Eight weeks later was told that the door could not be built as specified. Had another meeting, came up with an alternative, a transom in combination with a more standard patio door. The salesperson was to provide a sample for final approval. Heard nothing and could not get in touch with salesperson, despite numerous attempts to do so. After months of waiting, the installer calls to book an appt. to install the door and the as yet unapproved and unseen transom. They insisted on installing it then and there and to change the glass at a later point. It was very difficult to get a hold of the salesman. He had a really hard time getting a hold of any samples so that we could choose the transom glass we wanted. This was four weeks ago, and we have left numerous messages with the salesperson but have still not received a response. If anyone has seen or heard from Bobby, can you have him give us a call. We would like to put this horrendous ordeal behind us. We do not enjoy leaving messages that go unanswered. In light of the many positive reviews on this website, I'm shocked at how different my experience has been. It should not take 6 months to install a patio door.
