Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

I got a good price so I selected Clera out of Barrie. Many problems at this point. The installers were polite and left a clean workplace. The basement windows were done well but I have a few other major issues. They are currently trying to remedy the issues.

Approximate cost of services:
$5,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Better sealing on install. Better manufacturing where window pane meets frame. Compensate for employee neglegence.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
You get what you pay for. Research your installers.

I got a good price so I selected Clera out of Barrie. Many problems at this point. The installers were polite and left a clean workplace. The basement windows were done well but I have a few other major issues. An employee urinated on my floor and after informing the local owner he offered no compensation. Now my big Bay window has pools of water coming in where the glass meets the frame, not manufactured properly. And on the same window the left capping and lots of caulking has excessive condensation. Was not sealed properly.
