I got a good price so I selected Clera out of Barrie. Many problems at this point. The installers were polite and left a clean workplace. The basement windows were done well but I have a few other major issues. They are currently trying to remedy the issues.

- Better sealing on install. Better manufacturing where window pane meets frame. Compensate for employee neglegence.

- You get what you pay for. Research your installers.
