After lots of hesitation (because of pros and cons reviews) we decided to hire this company for our moving. Three nice guys arrived on time (although they went to the wrong address at the beginning) and tried their best but they were definitely not professionals. They did their best but got tired after loading the truck. They were careful at the beginning but not at the end. They did not have to pack or unwrap anything as it was already done except for a few new pieces of furniture and the bill was still the double of another moving company. I had no contact with the manager Quinn after our move to ask if everything went well as I was told it will happen. We had a very heavy and expensive diner table that had been damaged and our bed frame (brand new) was ruined because it wasn't wrapped during the move. Although the movers did their best, I won't recommend this company. We will probably have to move out again in a few months and will not choose Ferguson.
