Despite having pictures of the damage, they went silent and refused to provide us the paperwork for submitting a claim. And this is after months of emails and texts. It’s quite frustrating because you’re paying a lot more to go with Ferguson than other shops. And you pay quite a bit for insurance which they then prevent you from using when they damage things.
