We met this company at the Home Show and ended up purchasing our fridge, stove, and dishwasher from them. Besides getting a great price, we were also very happy with the delivery of the items. The employees, covered our floors so that there would not be any damage and were very considerate of our home. Their customer service was always very professional and pleasant.

Visited the store after reading the reviews and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Gord was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions to my satisfaction. Delivery took place as promised (even on a bad weather day) and within the 2 hour promised window! Highly recommended store.

I purchased my gas range at Faulkers no too long ago. Gord assisted us with the purchase, and was probably he most honest and straight forward salesperson I've ever encountered. He readily shared the brands we should avoid, and the features of little use, to lead us to make a sensible purchase. Gord was also honest about the extended warranty, and gave us a good deal on the 4 year extension.

I would certainly revisit Faulkners should I need to make another appliance purchase.

I have been dealing with Faulkner Appliances for the last 3 years. Fred, Gord, Bob and all the guys at Faulkner's have always advised me well on purchasing the best appliances to suit my needs. Their pricing is quite competitive and their service is excellent. I have recommended Faulkner's to my family and friends. Last year I began a huge kitchen reno and purchased professional grade appliances including a 36 inch dual fuel gas range. They were delivered and set up properly and carefully by their staff. When I had a warranty issue, Gord and Bob were great and worked through it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Faulkner Appliance Centre for all your appliance needs. My kitchen looks amazing and convection cooking is fabulous!!!!

My husband and I purchased all of our appliances for our new home from Faulkers. Gord and his staff were informative, extremely helpful and after visiting several other well-known appliance stores, they gave us the best price by a long shot. Delivery was quick and easy. Overall a fantastic experience.

I went to Faulkner's yesterday when I discovered my existing fridge had stopped working, after first visiting three of the large retail appliance stores. The large retailers were consistent in their price with varying delivery dates (i.e. ten days to two months). Not only was I offered a better price than all the others, Gord and his staff contacted the Electrolux warehouse in Mississauga to ensure that the Electrolux model I wanted was in stock, They picked up the unit this morning and delivered it promptly this afternoon when promised. The delivery men did an excellent job, even removing the existing fridge for me. So, within twenty-four hours, I had a new fridge delivered, set up, and working to perfection! I could never have received such service from one of the big box appliance retailers. In a day and age when true customer service is often what separates one retailer from another, Faulkner's takes its commitment to excellent customer service very seriously. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our salesperson, Faouzi, was willing to spend lots of time talking with us about various options and was willing to share his personal experiences which helped a lot in making our choices.

We were able to purchase some scratch and dent items at excellent prices and the regularly priced items also were reasonably priced.

They were willing to hold our items until we were ready for delivery and when we were ready they were able to deliver when we needed it.

The delivery guys were great considering the challenging layout of our home.

Would highly recommend for appliances.

Great Experience! It was obvious after visiting Faulkner's that their strength is superior product knowledge, customer service & friendly relaxed atmosphere. Delivery crew was prompt, courteous & caring. Very pleased with the great service & great price! By far our BEST major appliance purchase experience in the past 20 years.

We bought a Samsung washer/dryer combo from Faulkner's and received very good service. Visiting the store was a pleasant experience as the staff wasn't pushy at all. They provided us with information on the products without pushing for the sale. Faulkner's prices are very reasonable. We only found one store that offered the same product at a similar price. Everyone else was more expensive. Setting up delivery was easy and inexpensive ($45). The first delivery attempt was botched by me (!!!). The staff at Faulkner's was understanding and accommodated me by delivering the very next day. Delivery and installation was quick and professional. They installed the new machines on the spot, though a hose that came with the product was too short, so that I had to buy a longer one and install that myself. No problem. The delivery staff left the site clean and without any scratches. Absolutely recommended. Especially the service is so much better than at the big chain stores.
