The main goal of our renovation was to make the first floor of our house open concept. The first thing John did was to bring an engineer to the table who, along with John, showed us the many options we had to open up our first floor, and the different costs associated with those options. Through every step of this renovation, John ensured we made informed decisions. He took the time to explain his approach and his reasoning, in a way that was thorough, informative and understandable. John has a wealth of information about different products and fixtures and where to get them at reasonable prices.
While Falcon Contracting was on site we decided to replace our front porch, renovate our laundry room, upgrade some windows and replace the flooring upstairs. John was able complete all this work within the timeframe quoted and within budget. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship as well as the fact that the site was cleaned up every evening before the trades people went home. The sub-trades that John has working with him made the renovation run more smoothly than we could ever have imagined. On top of all of this, John always did his best to make what we wanted, happen. We are more than happy to refer Falcon Contracting for whatever size project and look forward to working with John again on our next project.
