Jon and his team are absolutely the best. Every step of the process was easy and flexible, and we were able to design our new bathroom step by step. Everything from the plumbing, tiling, trim and painting was expertly done and we couldn't be happier. All unforeseen difficulties were instantly remedied with his knowledge and experience. 10/10

John helped me (a first-time home owner) go over my options when I found a leak in my basement. He was knowledgeable and patient while explaining basic masonry to me. We discovered we had a leak in our basement most likely due to a foundation crack. After hearing differing opinions and wide ranging quotes from several foundation guys, I called John at Falcon and he came in right away to take a look. He was great! He gave me solid advice on how to deal with the situation in a straightforward way that took into account the fact that we have tenants in the basement. He also put me in touch with his contacts for foundation and flooring work so we can get the apartment fixed as soon as possible. Not only that but he followed up another time to come look at the basement again to help identify where the water was coming from and is helping me decide what the right approach for the foundation work should be.

John and his team have done two big jobs in my 100 year old home over the past 6 years and we are looking forward to starting round 3 this summer. We have been consistently impressed with the professionalism and skill of everyone associated with Falcon.

Pre-planning is always thorough and John is very easy to collaborate with. My old home throws a lot of curveballs but John has a sixth sense for predicting most of these and deals efficiently with anything unexpected.

He solved a mini-crises with our kitchen cabinets when Ikea led us astray and as a result we have 2 additional cabinets in a Kitchen the size of a stamp!
