Express Rooter Plumbing

The first plumber who came installed our new kitchen sink incorrectly. He did not follow the manufacturer's instructions, which distorted the area around the drain. This resulted in water pooling around the drain. The new faucet he installed was defective. The curvature of the spout directed water to the side. He insisted that there wasn't anything wrong with it, and insisted on proceeding with the install. This complicated returning the defective faucet. Worse than all this, he was impatient and rude. He was in a hurry to leave. I informed our contractor that we didn't want him back in our house. The second plumber from ExpressRooter had better people skills. However, after he opened the basket strainers and removed the plumber's putty that was causing the distortion, he stated that the sink was defective (water was still pooling around the drain) without admitting that the incorrect installation could have been the cause. He re-installed a water filter tap backwards while insisting that was the only way it could be installed. He did a poor job installing new taps in our powder room, which resulted in a second visit. We don't want to see him again, or any other plumber from ExpressRooter.

Toilet leaking from the base needed a new gasket. Najib arrived the same afternoon of our call and disassembled and reassembled the unit with new seals and bolts. The work was fast and efficient.

The technician who installed our new plumbing (a replacement) was very competent, respectful and helpful. He did a great job, answered our questions and we were very happy with the result.

Express Rooter Plumbing did a great job installing 3 toilets and 2 toilet isolation valves. The plumber, Mark, was fantastic - an experienced, knowledgeable and caring professional. He handled the whole job from start to finish. He answered questions, provided the quote, installed all items and cleaned the work areas. Mark completed the job efficiently in the time quoted, while delivering high quality workmanship. The invoice cost was as quoted. Thanks a lot for everything Mark!!! Im really impressed with the services of Express Rooter Plumbing. They were quick to respond, they assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Ive never had to deal with a plumbing issue. They walked me through what to do( and who to contact(calling the city for an emergency water shut off). If the pipe had burst, my entire basement would have been flooded. They fixed the problem quickly, waited with me until the city showed up and check that everything was working before they left.
The two technicians that I dealt with (Mark & Tony) were
professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend Express Rooter Plumbing to all my family, friends and to anyone. I couldnt ask for better service.

I have been using this company for many year and this is the first time I have been disappointed. We had to wait two days for the technician to come. The technician, when I asked him where the clog was, was really rude and responded as though I was an imbecile. When he was finished he asked to use the bathroom. He was in there a long time but I didn't hear the toilet being flushed. What was he doing in there.

A drip I thought was coming from the fridge was in fact behind the wall - copper piping just gave up. Problem was up in ceiling behind support beam and technician needed to solder nearly upside down - sparks in the face, nasty business. He laid it all out and solved the issue returning water use to upstairs washroom upon his first visit, saving my marriage in the process.

Tony is a great guy and knows his way around old houses. Very happy with the result
