Emerald Moving

From the first call I knew this company was different, Carole was very helpful on the phone and booked a day right away, no deposits, no problems. David (the owner) did an in-home estimate and gave me excellent moving tips and left a useful info package, I appreciated that he didn't do "the big sell". The day of the move the four-man team was early (early!), they quickly set to work and did an outstanding job. They were professional and tireless, they even finished earlier than expected which meant I paid less than my original estimate. Emerald is not the cheapest mover you will find but for peace of mind and promises kept they are an excellent company to deal with. I will definitely use them in the future.

Dave and his entire crew were great! They were on time, professional and VERY careful with all of my stuff. They even assembled my furniture for me at the end of the move! I could not have asked for better service. I was shocked that moving day could actually be fun! I have recommended their services to others and will continue to do so. If you are looking for movers these are your guys!

Excellent service was received from Emerald Movers. The two young men were very courteous and conscientious. Care was taken with all the personal furniture and belongings. Everything was wrapped with blankets (even the vcr!) and the sofa and chair was plastic-wrapped. They worked diligently all day. Well done Emerald Movers!!!

I cannot believe how smoothly my moving day went. Not having moved in 25 years I didn't know what to expect. My 2 young, friendly Irish movers took care of everything. Each piece of furniture was quickly and carefully wrapped in blankets, loaded and delivered to my new apartment and set in place. They were efficient and not one minute of time was wasted. This was the first move I have had where someone came to see the items being moved. In the past with another company they arrived with a truck that was too small which turned into a disaster. The staff of Emerald Moving was punctual, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the business of moving. When I was presented my bill, it was under the estimate which was a pleasant surprise.
