This was the first move I have had where someone came to see the items being moved. In the past with another company they arrived with a truck that was too small which turned into a disaster. The staff of Emerald Moving was punctual, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the business of moving. When I was presented my bill, it was under the estimate which was a pleasant surprise.
