We had to re-route a sewer drain, dig a new 70 foot trench and connect to the city sewers. Frank from Drain works came on site and was very knowledgeable. He helped to highlight some challenges and then explain the next steps. He even drew up the new sewer plans for the permit office. Every step of the way Frank provided excellent communication and regular updates.
Drainworks completed the work when they said they would. When we went to check it out we were very impressed with the work site. They dug a 70 foot trench and all the debris was neatly piled in corners.
After completing the work there was some issue with the new cement they poured. Within a day Frank made arrangements to fix the issue and did so according to my timelines.
I would use Drainworks again without hesitation.
