drain help/replacing inside trap
I had a basement drain back up Christmas Eve and the Technician Jeremy was at my place within 2 hours and was on the ball and figured out it was the inside trap that was the problem(which was hidden/built over). I got a quote for the work on the spot and within 2 days they came and replaced the trap. After seeing the camera go through my sewer line I now know that they are in good working order.
I appreciate the fact that I can call drainworks when there's a problem and speak to a dispatcher right away and have a technician come to deal with the issue within hours.
