We had a drain backup in the basement and, as we have only been in our house less than a year, we had never used a plumbing service before. I searched online for a service and at the top of the search, the DrainWorks link came up. I went to their site and liked the way it read. Besides, the owner looked like Patrick Roy!! Anyway, when I called, I was so impressed with the customer service, I almost didn't believe it. I wasn't sure I trusted it. We simply are not used to good customer service anymore. To make a long story short, DrainWorks customer service in this job was exemplary. They called back to confirm .. the drain specialists arrived exactly when they said they would, within and hour, explained everything, gave me a clear quote and completed the work as required and left everything clean. What more can you ask for? I mean, nobody wants to have a problem like this, but if you do, it is nice to know there are companies around like DrainWorks. Bravo!
