After much miscommunication in regards to the correct information we were given on the renovation of this house we purchased in 2016, our roof has had issues due to leaking almost from the get go. We were extremely frustrated as we were told the renovator had paid a certain price for the roof (deceitful information provided by both Realtor and renovator). However, when we reached out to Charmaine at Done Right Roofing, expressing our concern, she was very understanding, and patient after expressing our frustration. She also made some good recommendations. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She is making every attempt to send out a crew to take a look at our problem within the next week. I would recommend getting at least a quote from Done Right Roofing. They are well known in the area. Thank you Charmaine.
They came today and fixed everything. Thank you Done Right Roofing. You really stood up to your promise. You are in my good books. Lesson learned. Make sure you know exactly what your renovator paid for in a new roof. Not the company's fault. For that I am sincerely sorry. Thank you Dan for following through. Let's hope we got this right!!!
