The second time I called customer care I received excellent service. The representative explained everything very well. But the first time I called, the company's computer system was 'down' or overloaded, or whatever. I was promised a call back, but did not receive one.

Hot Water Heater

Had Direct Energy replace rented hot water heater. Workers began arguing shortly after they started working at our house. Our home was under renovations and there were some complications that they got upset at each other for. I was worried they were going to start an argument in our driveway!!!

These men were subcontracted by Direct Energy.

The service technician Paul was excellent. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and I was able to view the process through a camera system that certainly showed me how much we needed to have our ducts cleaned. I would definitely recommend this service and this technician to any of my friends and family.

Excellent service. The service technician worked hard to resolve the problem, provided detailed information on what he was doing. He returned on schedule when the required parts arrived and repaired the air conditioner. Bravo 5 stars

The technician who came recently to service my furnace, as per my furnace plan, was extremely thorough. He even explained to me the important parts of the furnace as he worked. Thank you to him!
