Enercare has been my furnace cleaner and service repair company for about 4 years. When considering options regarding a new AC and furnace, I kept getting conflicting stories from Enercare. First, about what products are available and sold in Ottawa (they were incorrect), then about my contract. One rep explained that I had renewed my contract last December which was not true. When I demonstrated that inaccuracy, another said that when I signed up 4 years ago I agreed orally to automatic renewals without their giving any notices, but that I could cut costs by eliminating the cleaning portion. When I wanted to take the cheaper option, I was told I would have to take a new contract that would last much longer.
I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with such poor customer service
