Heating and Plumbing Care Plan
We have had Enercare Plumbing and Heating Protection Plan for 3 years. The price is reasonable.
Once a year we have our furnace checked. Approximately once a year we use plumbing services for clogged drains.
Recently we had issues with our furnace/heating and woke up with the temperature in the house being 16 degrees, on Family Day! I called at 6am. Someone arrived before the days end. The diagnostics were performed and a part needed to be replaced which arrived around 8pm (not sure how they pulled that off).
A technician was in first thing in the morning to install the new part.
Overall, quick service, same day arrival, quick assessment of problem and delivery of new parts. The total cost for this had we not been with Enercare would have been over $1000. We paid nothing as it was all covered under our plan.
