We have had Enercare Plumbing and Heating Protection Plan for 3 years. The price is reasonable. Once a year we have our furnace checked. Approximately once a year we use plumbing services for clogged drains. Recently we had issues with our furnace/heating and woke up with the temperature in the house being 16 degrees, on Family Day! I called at 6am. Someone arrived before the days end. The diagnostics were performed and a part needed to be replaced which arrived around 8pm (not sure how they pulled that off). A technician was in first thing in the morning to install the new part. Overall, quick service, same day arrival, quick assessment of problem and delivery of new parts. The total cost for this had we not been with Enercare would have been over $1000. We paid nothing as it was all covered under our plan.

Vlad replaced the side door on our small semi. This required a custom door be made to fit. He also changed all of our bedroom and bathroom doors and did so with great precision and expertise. He was efficient, professional, and honest. He is a perfectionist. Thanks Vlad!

Absolutely incredible! Been using this company for the last 3 years initially in Mississauga and now in Toronto. After a renovation we asked for a 'deep' clean and the results were incredible. Respectful, honest, fast, and friendly. My little son looks forward to when the 'girls' are coming to clean as they are so nice to him and respectful of his nap time.

Moved from a condo to a small semi with very narrow stairwells to both the upstairs and downstairs floors. This company is amazing. - on time - respectful of your place and furniture - very hard working They had our condo packed in less than an hour and a half. On moving in it was very hard to fit our couch in but they really worked hard without damaging our walls, stairs, doors or appliances to get it in. It took some creativity but it's in! Other things couldn't fit up the stairs (queen box spring and wardrobe) but they tried really hard and didn't give up until it was obvious that it simply would not fit. They were careful not to damage the walls or stairs when doing this. Overall extremely happy with the service I received and will never move again without Tome Moving Co.
