We are sorry to hear you are 100% satisfied with your seating comfort, and want you to know we can assist. It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase! We would first like to look into you order to see what firmness was ordered (there are a few options) and by which Retailer. As a first step we want to ensure you ordered and received soft foam. If you could please look under your seat and note the paperwork found there, there will be an SO# listed. Please send an email to info@decor-rest.com and we can look your order up in our system right away.
Please note: that all seating relaxes 10% in the first 6 months of everyday use. If you ordered soft seating and you want to speed up softness natural process, we would love to communicate on how this can be done. If the order received was not for soft, we can send you soft seating at no charge to you. Also seating on a floor model in a Retail store may have been there for over a year and may sit differently than brand new foam. Foam seating in regards to soft and firm is many times different from one person’s perspective to another person.
