We are extremely disappointed in both the quality of product and service from this company. We bought a $3000 sectional sofa from them this year. When the sofa was delivered in July, there was an unfinished corner seam with stuffing/filler showing. Several days later we felt a sharp upholstery staple poking out on the top corner of the Chaise lounge where our arm would rest. Then we discovered a seam on the seat cushion of the chaise just slightly under the back cushion but in a spot where your bum would sit if you weren’t slouching (not very comfortable!!). We overlooked these few small issues as we had purchased an identical sectional from the same company 3 years ago with different fabric for our basement and were very happy with it. However less than one month into the use of our new couch we noticed lose threads popping up on the Cuddler and Chaise back cushions where we regularly sit. The loose threads continued to pull and more began popping over the next month to the point we could no longer overlook it as the cushions looked shabby and ratty. We called the distributor company who attempted to mediate a solution for us with the manufacturer to replace the fabric for one that was more durable (we requested the same fabric as the one on our 3 year old sofa). They refused on the basis that there was fur found on our couch and therefore it was animal damage and not wear and tear. After many attempts at communicating that our animals (two small dogs and one DECLAWED cat) could not have caused the damage as none of the other furniture in our home (including our other couch) have any animal damage to them, they would not agree. Besides the 3 year old sofa, we have a leather recliner chair (over 10 years, an antique upholstered chair (3 years) and a window bench (7 years), our previous couch and loveseat (12 years) that all our animals have access to, but are not allowed on…none of these pieces have any animal damage. We are completely dissatisfied with not only the quality of the product (namely the fabric) but also the complete lack of customer service and care that this company has shown us, despite being repeat buyers!
