Decor Rest Furniture

I purchased the sofa and arm chair in July 2023 and I received it in September 2023. Love the color (Custom color) and the style. Within a month, however, the leather was wrinkled on the seat and back of the arm chair. I told the business I purchased it from and they sent a technician who immediately identified the problem. It is poor quality foam and sitting on it made the foam compress thus making the leather wrinkle. I have a 3 month old arm chair that looks like it has been sat on for a few years. Waiting to see what will happen now. I had told the company that I wanted a firm sofa and armchair. Will see what happens, but it seems to be a regular thing as the technician knew what the problem was right away. Not impressed with Deco-Rest at this point. Let's hope they honor their products.

Follow up: Deco-rest came through! Dufresne was not very responsive or helpful regarding this and I had to go through them. Deco-Rest worked with me to help get this solved with Dufresne who were quite resistant in helping me. Thank you Sandy!

I bought a beautiful navy blue Deco-Rest couch at Lukes Country Store in Port Perry in November 2021.
It has faded so badly that it now looks like a pair of old blue jeans! The couch is in my great room which is bright and has blinds but direct sunlight has never touched the couch. I have been in touch with Deco-Rest and Lukes and Im told it is over the one year warranty so they will do nothing for me. The fabric is most definitely substandardthere is no way I could have avoided this other than putting it in a windowless room!
I am stuck. The couch definitely has to be replaced. I will never buy Deco-Rest furniture again and will be more discerning about the retailers I buy from.

Living in Yellowknife NWT twenty years ago, we ordered two loveseats from Decor-Rest. We had them reupholstered twice and always loved them. They have been passed on to a good home and I am now looking at buying 2963. I'm looking for a dealer in London area.

My partner and I met with Nina to discuss our custom project and we selected the optimal sofa layout and material and it was delivered on time with the highest quality possible and the delivery staff are amazing and professional beyond my expectations.
In a world where customer service seems to be lip service,

Late last year I saw this stunning couch on a Social Media Ad from Ashley Furniture - the model is the Lindyn Sofa with Chaise in Fog. It was a bit of a unique style that I wanted to see in person before purchasing, but it was a newer design and not a single store in Ottawa had a floor model.

I eventually found the couch at Decor Furniture in Hamilton and figured I'd call them to ask a few questions about it and see if they had one on display. I was quickly put in touch with Mohammad and they did have one in the store! I had a lot of specific questions about it, so Mohammad went above and beyond and set up a video call to show it to me virtually so that I didn't have to make the 5 hour drive. I couldn't believe it - I've never experienced this level of customer service buying furniture.

After ordering the couch, communication was exceptional right up to the delivery date and I'm happy to report our new couch arrived this week and is STUNNING!!!

This was by far the best furniture buying experience we've had, and we look forward to working with Decor Furniture again. Truly a 10/10 experience. Thank you for everything Mohammad!

We have lived with a sofa from another company that was so uncomfortable no one would sit on it. We purchased 2 Decor Rest sofas and they just arrived!! Beautiful, well made and it's like sitting on a cloud. We were so impressed with this family owned company's ethics and commitment to excellence and that they are Canadian. We couldn't be happier. Even the delivery men said that Decor Rest furniture was exceptional.

As an interior decorator I have referred many customers to Nina. She is a complete pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly and honest and makes selecting furniture options very easy. Recently, I emailed her with a problem that one of my customers was having with their sofa cushions and she immediately rectified the problem. My homeowner was very impressed with this service and said that for this service alone she would purchase future sofas from Decor Rest.

My own leather sectional sofa was custom made from Decor Rest as well. Nina helped me with sizing and gave her valued opinion on style and quality of leather. The delivery personnel were very professional when assembling the sofa and it is standing up amazingly to daily use.

I had a great experience shopping. Staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Such a large selection to chose from. First, but not last time customer. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

4 pieces of my Decor Rest furniture have the black bottom covering disintegrating. Anytime I move a piece of furniture to vacuum, the black stuff collapses onto floor. When picked up, it crumbles to a black powder. What is this and why is this happening????
